Through my personal journey of self-discovery and healing,
I have been guided to pursue a career in the realm of health and wellness.
Despite being trained as a Naturopath in 1988, my career path has primarily been as a primary teacher.
However, in 2019, a near-fatal accident reminded me of the power of vibrational healing using Reiki, crystals, and flower essences.
While recovering in the hospital, I experienced firsthand the profound healing effects of reiki, both through receiving distance healing from others and practicing it on myself. This wake-up call made me realize that I had neglected my naturopathic knowledge in this area.
During my journey to recovery, I learned invaluable lessons and made remarkable progress, returning to work on crutches after just four months.
Overcoming pain, post-traumatic shock, and driving anxiety, I have gained a wealth of knowledge that I am eager to share. I am now passionate about working in the field of healing once again, as I believe my experiences have equipped me to make a positive impact and assist others on their healing journeys.

With a 3-year Diploma with honours, I am a trained naturopath, combining my expertise in natural healing. However, I am not registered as a Naturopath and would need some retraining to be registered due to the fact I trained in 1988. Additionally, I hold registration as a Primary School Teacher, nurturing young minds in the classroom.
My training journey has led me to become certified in a variety of practices, such as relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, foot reflexology, life coaching, and reiki levels 1 ,2 and 3. Also homeobotanical therapy. -
Continuing my educational journey beyond naturopathy, I have delved into various enriching areas of study, including reiki (levels 1, 2, and 3), aromatherapy, crystal therapy, sound baths utilizing crystal bowls, angel reading courses with Melissa and Sue Nicholson, flower essences, and mindfulness practices.
These additional skills and knowledge enhance my holistic approach to healing and well-being.
