Massage $60-$80
Muscles are the number one priority in healing the body for not only do they move parts of the body, they also move blood, food, waste and oxygen.
When a muscle becomes tight it slowly strangles the passage of the circulating blood, food, energy, impulses and messages that constantly pass through it.

What is Foot Reflexology?
It is a natural, chemical and drug free treatment, used to ease pain and cure health ailments of the body. It is practiced primarily on the feet because all organs of the body are mirrored in the feet.
The right foot represents the right side of the body and the left foot corresponds to the left side. A chart is available for you to look at during the session which clearly illustrates this zonal pattern.

A new and innovative way to release stress and anxiety. Each essence has its own unique healing ability.

Remove old habits and outdated ways of thinking by taking the essence and repeating the affirmations that accompany each essence.
I choose the essences that relate to the situation you want to address and put these together for you in a dropper bottle, along with the affirmation card that relates to your essence. I create a blend made unique to a personal situation you wish to change or enhance, this can be on an emotional, mental, spiritual or physical level.
