Remember how you start the day is important.

Having a well being practise at the start of the day sets you up for a better day. Before leaping out of bed spend some moments just feeling grateful. Maybe you are grateful for your bed and the wonderful sleep you had. Just take a moment to think of at least three things you can feel grateful for.

When you do this you raise your vibration. Another way to raise your vibration is to take care of yourself by making time for things you enjoy. If one of those wellbeing practises is a massage or reiki treatment then call me and feel the joy.
