The benefits of spending time in nature.

Scientists have proven that being in the forest not only makes you feel good but it also helps to combat stress and burn out. Time in nature strengthens your immune system. Even just gazing out a window at trees has a measurable effect on the body.

Forest air contains fewer dust particles. Breathing in forest air sharpens our senses and encourages the parasympathetic nervous system to recover and regenerate. A walk under a leafy canopy of green is a wonderful way to relax.
