Affirmations and flower essences
When you speak an affirmation you may not believe it but in time you come into the allowing of it. Belief is a thought you keep thinking over and over. That's how it gets hardwired into your brain. You can programme the mind subconsciously.
I kept telling myself repeatedly that I would make a full recovery from my car accident. I know that using affirmations daily accelerated my recovery. Repeating a range of daily affirmations I created for myself and using my flower essences gave me the courage to move forward with a positive mind frame. Affirmations done daily along with flower essences help us move into the new state of being we desire.
If you need to do something differently; make new choices and get beyond certain emotions then flower essences and affirmations will help you see beyond limited thinking and encourage biological- neurological changes.

Affirmations done daily along with flower essences help us move into the new state of being we desire. They help us feel connected to the new direction we are moving in.
Using a mirror and stating the affirmations while looking at yourself and finishing with a high five will heighten the experience.The purpose of the mirror work is to stop judging yourself. Your relationship with yourself is reflected in your relationship with others. We must have an honest relationship with ourselves and meet our fears with honesty and love . Practise saying I love you (say your name). The mirror work helps you to stop judging yourself and see who you really are without judging or comparing yourself. You become a true friend to yourself. When you finish with a high five to yourself it feels really good, like you have already begun to achieve the transformation you are seeking.

Within this situation of driving and parking my car I am totally adequate.
I let go of past hurts.

I persevere and I am successful.
My body is a good friend that I take loving care of.
I created a range of affirmations and flower essences that I used when I was in recovery from my car accident. These essences and affirmations provided a corner stone for my recovery. I had to take flower essences before I could drive anywhere and I always had them with me in the car. I don’t need to do this now because my mind and body are quite relaxed about driving because I have created new neural pathways.
