What are singing crystal bowls and how can sound help heal us?

My set of crystal bowls is made from silica sand. The set of frosted crystal bowls vibrate to the notes on the pentatonic scale. They can provided multiple tones and melodies. Each bowl provides a note that resonates and charges each of the chakras or energy centres of the body.

When these notes are resonating in the room it feels as though the sound is being felt through the entire body or is resonating in your head or a particular part of your body - rebalancing and recharging.

Crystal bowl sound therapy helps the brain move into Theta brain waves. This encourages you to connect with the healing at a deeper level. The sound of the bowls being played helps you feel calm and relaxed. You feel a deep sense of peace.

I usually begin a session with them or end with them. If you want a longer session with the bowls you can request this.
